Standard datasource enhancement and delta mode

Hi Gurus,

I enhanced 0MAT_PLANT_ATTR datasource by adding LIFNR from EORD.

Now, my problem is that I can't get back the update from this field (EORD-LIFNR), even if the datasource 0MAT_PLANT_ATTR is in delta mode.

Could you please explain me how to by-pass this probleme, without using a full update for 0MAT_PLANT ?

Maintain an entry in the BD52 table(The new field which enhanced ).

Thk you Rahul,

The field is already maintained using BD52, I see the field on BDCP table (for historical data) but I don't see my last update.

In other words, I see the last update in CDPOS / CDHDR, but not in BDCP table.

Could you please give me the "Message Type" for the field EORD-LIFNR

Do you have any other idea about this ?

hi,

the enhanced fields in a standard DS never contributes for delta i.e. if delta happens due to change in value in that field then it will not considered as delta.

i would suggest to build a new custom DS using view to solve ur problem.
