Hi,
I am working in a new implementation project and i started configuring the middleware setting to replicate business partner between CRM and ECC. We need both way replication. So far I think I have made all settings. The BP gets replicated from ECC to CRM without any problem, both create and change. However for some reason BP is not replicating from CRM to ECC.
I see the bdoc is fully processed in SMW01 but BP is not created in ECC, however I don't see any queue in SMQ1/SMQ2 in both CRM and ECC. I am not sure where I am missing.
Any direction/tip would be much appreciated.
Thanks,
Anand
Hi Anand,
There few checklist which u need for transferring the BP from CRM to ECC:
1. Register the inbound/outbound Queues (SMQS/SMQR)
2. Set up subscription in SMOEAC.
3. Do the customization :
1. Number Range: CRM being internal and ECC external (CRM Bp flowing to ECC)
2. Check your classification - pide settings in ECC
3. check your field syncronization
4. One you are done with the above pre-requisite settings, you will need to ran the Inital load from CRM to R/3 (BUPA_MAIN Adapter object, in case you have not ran it)
Hope this helps you!!!

Madhup

Hello Anand,
Did you assign a role such as a Prospect or Sold to etc to the BP in CRM ?
If you created the BP by default CRM assigns a SUSPECT role which is a technical role and BP may not flow to ECC.
Please provide further details on the issue.
Also if you have already solved the issue share the details so others facing a similar situation can take a cue.
Thanks.
Hi Anand,
Have you activate FI-CA component in SAP CRM ?
Best regards,
Rémi

Hi Anand,
Too keep it short, Please find the below checkpoints.
1. SMQS transcation. - Check the parameters
2. SMOEAC transaction. - Check the Site and Subscription details
3. R3AC1 transaction. - Check the "CUSTOMER_MAIN" adapter object.

Josh

Hello Anand,
Do you mean that delta changes(in BP) don't flow from CRM to ECC? Guess you can deregister the inbound/outbound queues using txn. SMQS/SMQR in both CRM/ECC and debug the flow.
Thnx.

Check also if you set any filters in R3AC1 for BUPA_MAIN.
