exception--->javax.serlet.jsp.JspException:No object called "soldtolist"

Hi,

Our Users have this Java error displayed in the Customer Search screen when logging in to the B2B webshop. I thought the could be problem with the customers linked to the User but when customers were linked to other User there is no error.

Error Description: exception--->javax.serlet.jsp.JspException:No object called "soldtolist" found in contect

I'm assuming that this is a User error but I don't know how to troubleshoot this. Hoping for someone's assistance. Thanks!

Hi Joe

Please remove the assignment of the USER (for which you are getting the error) for all the sold-to party.

After removing the entry, please check if there are no entries for this user in USAPPLREF table in ECC.

Reassign this user T id with the sold-to parties, you wish to. After doing this, please check if the entires are correct in USAPPLREF table.

Try login with this T user and check.

Also, hope the correct authorisation roles are assigned to this USER.
