IDM 7.1 Error: 'Could not find existing values for attributes'

Hi Guys, after applying IDM 7.1 sp5 we are getting errors in our UI's.

I have custom UI task 'maintain users'.

When I select a user (Test1) and choose task I get error: 'Could not find existing values for attribute 235 for entry 4495' on top of my UI task. Then when I go to member of Role tab - I am not seeing roles assigned to the user (Test1). But when I check from IC console - role properties - Assigned to - I am able to see user Test1 with MSKEY 4495 there.

I checked what attribute is 235 and it is attibute ID for MXREF_MX_ROLE in Identity Center.

4495 is the MSKEY of Test1 user

This is happening after we applied SP5 - before SP5 it was working fine.

Please provide your inputs on how to resolve this.

Thanks,

Farhan

Is the user part of the role? Are there attached privilieges. Are you also using AUTOROLE? Are you setting something outside the ENTRYTYPE? Something is not matching up correctly and that's why you're getting the error.

Does this happen for any other users?

Can you post a screenshot of the destination configuration?
