Message no. SV440 when deleting table maintenance

Hello gurus,

I've created a table in SE11 and generated a table maintenance screen. The table is set as a customizing table (delivery class C) and it was added to a custom SPRO menu using SIMGH. Now this is no longer needed and we need to remove the entries. I've removed the entries from SIMGH but am getting error SV440 when I try to delete the maintenance screen:

<table_name> maintenance interface cannot be deleted because of IMG link.

Anyone have any ideas or know what I've missed?
