Got an error when Outlook integration create the template

Dear All,

Our customer is on SAP8.8.

When we start Outlook integration, we got a pop-up screen to ask us create default template.

Source folder XXX Destination folder XXX.

I choose US as the language. Then click Create.

I got an error failed to create template 'Executive Customer (by Business Partner)'

This is the error I got for everybody.

If I log on from the SAP server by that user, I have no pop-up screen.

I tried to copy the default folder from the source location to the destination location directly and click create.

The same error.

Any idea? Thanks in advance.
