Export to MAPI non-interactively via a system service on Windows 2008

Our application uses the CrystalDecisions.CrystalReports.Engine.ReportDocument class to export reports to MAPI via a system service. In the past we have used Outlook Express, but in Windows Server 2008 this option is no longer available. As of Crystal Reports 2008 SP3 Fix Pack 3.3 we are able to send messages via Outlook 2010 interactively, but Outlook challenges the user with a dialog with the following message: u201CA program is trying to send an e-mail message on your behalfu201D and options to allow or deny.

Outlook 2010 has an option under Options>Trust Center>Programmatic Access to never warn when MAPI is used, but this option does not affect emails generated by crystal reports and the warning continues to be shown.

Since our application exports to MAPI non-interactively via a system service we need to know how to configure a Windows 2008 Server machine so that Outlook (or another email client) will allow us to export reports via MAPI without a security warning.
