Impossible.

if i want change values for this inspection point i can't because if i do click in "results" the system create anohter inspection point, when i want to changes values for the initial inspecion point that i have created before.

Check the configuration becase SAP in standard does not create another inspection point automatically.

SPRO > Quality Management > Quality Planning > Inspection Planning > General > Define Identifier for Inspection Points

If any function module is assigned in automatic creation of insp. points, check it first.

Hi Anand,

I try to explain better.

We have :

1.- type material don't have inspecion point,

2.- another type material has only one inspect point and we can change values for this inspection point.

3.- And we have type material that we create different inspecion point.

With QA32 it is useful for type 1 and 3, but for type 2 each time that i do clikc in "results" the system create a inpection point.

After time, if i want change values for this inspection point i can't because if i do click in "results" the system create anohter inspection point, when i want to changes values for the initial inspecion point that i have created before.

Can i do that with qa32? Do you know another form?

Regards.

Hi Antonio,

1. Inspection point concept is used where you have to record inspection results repetitively. For example after every 1 hour you have record the temperature rise for a chemical.

2. Letu2019s talk about your case number 2. If you are recording results only once why you are using inspection point for this?

3. System does not create inspection point its own unless you click on create inspection point after going to results button.

4. Whether you are using sample drawing procedure?

for type 2 material , when u click on result tab, system will take u to result recosrding screen. in that screen u can see 'Assigned inspection point' tab .click on that, system will show u list of allinspection point already created. select required insp. point and change values.

but if u are not getting any screen for inspection point then check of functional module which craeted new new inspection point as suggested above.

Hi Antonio,

A small confusion here. Whether you want to remove inspection point so that whenever you click on change results system will not ask you to put inspection point, or, you want to change the inspection results which you have recorded against inspection point?

For former, you have to remove it through QP02 TCode under header. Possibly you may need to change the sampling procedure (Without Inspection Points setting) .

For later, when you click on results system prompts you to put inspection point. Instead of putting new inspection point click on Assigned insp points . You will get the display all inspection points for which you have recorded the results. Double click on suitable point and change the results.
