ccms agents auto shutdown

Hi ,

I have registered ccmsr,ccm4x agents in my system successfully(CI).

I have used correct version of sap agents.

But the services go down automatically .In sapccmsr.log I could see RFC client functionality not configured .

Please guide me.

Hi Jayanth ,

On which OS you are running this ccmsr,ccm4x ?

If it is on windows then i believe there is a shared memory problem.Please try below and restart both CCMS agents again.

SAPCCM4x -initshm pf=<instance profile name>

sapccmsr -initshm pf=<instance profile name>

I hope this will solve your issue.

I have tried clearing shared memory but no help.

I registered back the agents directing to kernel directory .I worked this time
