Hi Deva,

Are you registered on SDN with this same user-id?

If so, Google "sap es workplace registration", select the first result that comes up, there's a n ES Workplace Registration link on the same page that will redirect you to logon to SDN. Once logged on you will be redirected to the ES Workplace registration page & prompted to complete some additional details & then the registration process will be initiated.
