AFS - customer material in sale process

Hellow!

We use TCODE - vb11(12), - material determinatin (create , change), condition J3AC to set relation between our and customer material.

But this relation is not processed during order processing.

I can not understand how SAP offer to use this condition, what is the difference between this condition and customer material info record (VD51).

Early we have used customer info record but it does not allow to enter 1-n relation. VB11 allow to set 1-n relation but I can not see how to use this relation.

But I still can not understand how to use this feature.

1. It looks like I need to enter standart customer material and than AFS cust material condition. I have tried to enter only AFS condition with out standart cust mat and It have not worked.

2. AFS customer material condition allow to set 1 (customer material) to n (our material). I havet such relation. But it is also does not work

Hi

If the material is AFS material use condition type ( J3AC, J3A1 etc ) use for Material determination at Grid level.

If it is non- AFS material use VD51 t-code for CMR record.

The objective of this condition type ( J3AC, J3A1 etc ) use for Material determination at Grid level.

The main object is to create material determination master records at grid value level. As well as replacing the product ordered by the customer by another product, you can also replace the originally requested grid value (for example, color gray u2013 size 50) by another grid value (for example, color black u2013 size 50). You can also enter several replacement dimensions in the master record. Depending on the determination type and the selected substitution reason, the material determination in the sales order is carried out manually or automatically.

J3AC u2013 Customer material number : During order processing the customer-specific materials number is replaced by a material (grid value).

Material Determination during Order Processing :

Customer material number: You can enter the customer material number in the AFS ordering party view. The customer-specific material number is replaced by your own material number. Depending on the created material determination master record the grid value is found.
