Version Management in PO

Hello

We have activated the Version for the PO , as per the user requirement the version completion tick need to be automatically selected in PO or If tick is not selected & release startegy is not reset then in the MIGO it should restrict the user

Is ther any message which can be made as Error message if tick is not seleted in PO & While doing GRN

Please suggest
