Hi,
We implemented Service Desk in SolMan EHP1 and created users, approvers and consultants.
Before sending the request to Consultants, approver should approve the request.
In message processor I am able to assign only one approver at a time, we have 2 approvers and anyone can approve.
once we submit the status to " Submit for Approval" the approval request email notification should go to both the approvers and anyone can approve the request.
Please help me if this is achievable.

another option as like get common mail id from your admin team,use in the BP, since BP can have one id at the given point f time

there are mulitple solution exists
one can be you can create a zpartner Approver using spro ->service Desk ->partner configuration
then
assign this to your service transaction like slfn
further you can create a BADI which is called by a Zaction to send mail to Zapprover partner function so you can add more than one partner and all zapprover will get mail
OR
other way create a BP group and add a group e-mail and assign to this BP now
enter that in message processor ....later the group email will get that assign
the person among the group delete the BP of group and enter his BP in the Message processor
it urs choice

Can you just send it to a Approver User Group email address? That's how I get around this issue. I've never seen an SAP solution.
