Export to a text file in CR10

I created a report the users need to export to a text file. Not CSV, RTF, etc., just plain old positional text. When I run it locally on my computer I click Export, Select Text & disk file, the paginate wincow pops up, I enter 0, the Export to Text window pops up, I enter 10 (the font is Courier New, 10). The export is perfect. When I moved the report to the users server and ran it, the Export to Text window doesn't pop up after paginate and the exported file doesn't contain the entire row of data. Both my computer and the users server are running CR 10. I suspect the "don'tprompt me again" check box in the Export to Text windowwas checked. How do I get it back? What else am I missing?
