The installation stuck at start instance point ....can any help

?

I have the same issue too, but on linux and no firewall in place, and : Yes I read the installation manual.

Any hints to look into it?

You should trun off windows firewall so that the port to be opened.

Hi,

It looks like your message server is not running. Check logs in work directory for any error.

Also, paste log here.
