In PLM portal unable to open the documents

Hi Team ,

in PLM portal am trying to download the documents , its process is going on but am unable to download the documents .

Sipping wheel running on screen , tried all browsers no luck ,pls can you help me on this any one .

    Hi,

    please check if your whitelist is maintained correctly in transaction WDR_ACF_WLIST and you have installed the certificate correctly on your PC/laptop.
