BO integration with Active Directory

Dear All,

We are updating the BO user details from active directory. When you change the name in the active directory, it is not updating in the BO side. Please let me know whether the name will update automatically or we need to update manul. if it is updating autmatically where we need to check and resolve this issue.

We are using BO X3.1 SP 0.

Hi,

thats a really old Version. There were some issues prior to SP2 with updating the AD Graph on schedule base.

I would recommend to update to SP3 before doing deeper troubleshooting.
