    Hi

Have you maintained the Sales Unit in the Sales Org 1 tab of Material Master.

While maintaining the Sales Unit, the system will throw a pop up where you need to maintain the conversion factor between the Base Unit of Measure and the Alternate Unit (Sales Unit).

If you have maintained this correctly in the Material Master, you will not get that error in the sales order.

    Regards

    Madhu
