Succession Planning 3.0 SP1: Can't open/view Talent Profile

When you click on the Successor box in the hierarchy, the details panel will show on the right. Directly under the Actions button, there is a button that looks like a Acrobat icon, but it looks slightly different. When I click on it, it downloads a file called Falcon_SAPTalentProfile. However, Acrobat Reader canu2019t open the file. Does anyone knows what file it is?
