Succession Planning 3.0 SP1: Can't open/view Talent Profile

When you click on the Successor box in the hierarchy, the details panel will show on the right. Directly under the Actions button, there is a button that looks like a Acrobat icon, but it looks slightly different. When I click on it, it downloads a file called Falcon_SAPTalentProfile. However, Acrobat Reader canu2019t open the file. Does anyone knows what file it is?

Hi,

This is a PDF version of the MSS/TMS Talent Profile. For it to work you need Adobe Document Service installed and configured and you also need to ensure your Talent Profile forms are imported from client 000 and assigned in IMG. See this post for more information:
