EREC- Agencies creation and user assignation


Hi experts,

I want to create agencies and these agencies should be able to enter candidate's CVs. Currently i am creating the agencies by loging in as e-rec administrator. But while creating agencies i have to specify either a user group or a support group.

My queries are as follows:

1) What are these user group. Where to create it?. Couldnt find it in SPRO. (currently we are on release 604, level 004)

2) While creating support group, it asks for members to be added. Hence I presume that it is these members who would be acting as agencies. So does that necessarily mean that all agencies should have a pernr in SAP. Also does that mean that these agencies would login using the 0105 maintained for these pernr?

Can someone please through some light on this. Have searched a lot, but couldn't find any answer.
