User-mapping option in WAS JAVA JCO Destination

Hi,

I have an EP6 SP3 system running on WAS JAVA 6.40 system.

I am creating web-dynpro applications in this WAS JAVA system that make RFC calls to SAP R/3 system. These web-dynpro applications are then pulled in EP6 as web-dynpro iviews.

While creating JCO destination in WAS 6.40 JAVA system of EP6 SP3 I am using the option of user-mapping. I would like to know where does this user-mapping data come from.

I thought this comes from the user-mapping done in EP6, and before executing web-dynpro application from EP6 I maintained user-mapping between EP6 and SAP R/3 system, but it does not work.

Can anyone tell me what I am missing?
