Query navigaton step

Hi,

It possible to identify from BW stats or table the run time for query navigation based on the timestamp but is it possible to identify the Infoobjects used in a particular navigation, aggregates has been used if so which aggregates? Many times when I run the query in RSRT it displays aggregates has been used but when I run the same quey in WEB or BeX and check RSDDSTAT table QAGGRUSED field is blank
