G/L A/c. error

Hi Experts,

During Goods receipt error occurs every time for only one particular item.

error is * NO matching record found, G/L A/c.' for Inventory offset increase A/c.*

and during inventory tracking > inventory posting error occurs.

invalid A/c. code for same G/L A/c.

any idea?

    Hi Ravi,

    Please go to Administration->Setup->Financials->G/L Account Determination

    Go to Inventory Tab in it and check whether Inventory Offset - Decr. Acct and Inventory Offset - Incr. Acct are mapped with appropriate accounts or not.

    Try reconfiguring Acount Mappings Once again.....

    Hi Ravi,

    If only one item has problem, it must be problem with this item. Since this item must be on item level valuation, change it to item group first to see.
