SFG require MTS as well as MTO Planning

Dear Friends,

My client manufacture the FG products with MTO varient caonfiguration (Strategy 25). But SFG materials should planned with MTS requirements. Means SFG shouls be planned if there is MTO requirement (For FG) or PIR of SFG.

Please suggest me which strategy is to be used for the SFG products.
