Alerts Mangement

Hi Forum,

I am having a problem setting up allerts.

I have a query that i need to email once a day at 10:00am to a number of recipients.

I have it setup and the emails a valid emails and the alert is not running...

Is there a way for me to know if it is actaully running or not?

I am not getting the email....

Any advise?

    Hi Manuel Roman,

    An easy test: set the recipients to both email and internal mail. This is the way I know if the alert running ok or not.

      Hi

      You have to install the mailer server componant in the server setup and then configure the smtp configuration where the licence server is started and stopped. The mail will only be sent to the alloccated user if the user is logged in when the alert is trigger.

    Hi.........

    Please check teh alert management setting once again whether it is active or not.........

    It have an active check box which may be unticked.......
