Add lines to a delivery when picking (from an idoc/FM/BAPI)

I try to ADD lines to a delivery.

I can update the delivery and quantities using the idoc SDPIID01, but I'm not able to add new lines. Has anyone a clue on how to do that? The configuration is done so it is possible to do this online in VL02N.
