Configuration Wizard_Connect to Remote Support Component

Hello,

i try to connect to Service Marketplace with the "Remote Support Component Wizard". The login with InternetExplorer on this Hosts works fine.

When I set S-User, password, "HTTP Proxy Hos"t and "HTTP Proxy Port" in the wizard i get the error "Login failed: Unknown error". A telnet of proxy Port works also fine.

Could you please help me ?
