Dump Error when trying to add and save member in dim member sheet

Hi,

I am getting the below dump error message when i click on Add to Server after adding a dimension member in the sheet.

"The Local name for elements or attributes cannot be null or an empty string"

however, processing of dimension works fine.

did some one come across this kind of issue?
