Addon performance problem( Updating discount group through DIAPI)

Hai Experts

I am using DI API object for updating the discount groups , but it takes too much time , when i try to update around 500 customer discount groups it takes more than 10 min for updation and in some times the addon stops and shows a message box says bk screen painter addon connection failed then gives 3 options

logg off current company

continue working with out this addon

it happens when we are updating discount groups for more than 1000 customers .

Hi Arun,

It is natural that DI API updating taking times. To update 1000 DG may involve millions of transactions. You better bet is to split the numbers in different batches to achieve the same result.
