wheather it is possible to send sap bi dso data to oracle and generate crystal reports

but you can access the DSO data from Crsystal report directly.

You can use Crystal Reports to access the data from the DSO directly, as said above.
For the matter of fact, from any table including R/3.
I guess, Open Hub Services can be made use of while sending data from BW to Oracle.
