Administration mode Customisation not reflected for other users

Hi All,

I'm having a problem when I am customising my web dynpro applications using the administration mode (sap-config-mode=X) in the URL. The changes I am making, I want to become default for all the users but this is not happening.

I am putting my changes in a transport and saving them, is there something I am missing?

Any help would be great.
