Rfx in SRM 7.0

Dear all,

I have gone through the config guide on strategic sourcing from service marketplace for setting up Rfx in SRM 7.0. There are basically the following settings that are needed as per the document

1. Setting up the number range for Local RFx, Rfx response

2. Assigning appropriate roles to purchaser and bidders

3. Determining if Rfx should always be created if SC has no SOS

Is the bidding engine delivered with SRM 7.0 or is there an additional setup/configuration to be done for that?

Pl let me know if there is anything else I need to do for setting up this functionality.

Hi,

For RFx, SRM server is enough. If you need to run Auction, Live Auction Cockpit should be installed.

Hi,

Do you have any issue on application runtime?

You should also look at Configuration Guide for Basic Settings SAP SRM before configuring scenario depend configuration guide for RFx.
