Stock report

Hi experts,

Is there any standard report in SAP where it will show all the Goods Receipt movement by stock type?

For example, in one day, I might be doing GR for 10 items where 5 of them going into Unres. Stock, 3 into QI and 2 into Blocked Stock. Is there any report that will show by stock type of those GR?

If you want view current stock by stock type then use t.code MMBE,if you want it see GR,then go to menu,

Environment --> Material Movements(Movement types - 101,103,105 etc.,) or refer report MB52 it shows warehouse stocks by stock type but it will total stocks for all movements not by GR or Get report using MB51 by movement types(101,103,105,321,343) which will show which stock type material is available.

or

Simply refer purchase order history,Click change view to view blocked stock,standard view - unrestricted/quality stock type.

Above are various standard reports/transaction available to view by stock type.

Hi

In MB51 you can get the detail of material with movement type and we can filter with special stock indicator.

You can get full details in MMBE with respect to material stock type.

The answer from Polly is very helpful but my client prefer ALV format report of it which I still not manage to get it for them.

My last option is to go for a customized program.

Any other suggestion?

Hi,

You can use MB51 report by creating suitable variant ( selecting good receipt movement type , stock type etc.)

Can you explain further on how can I achieve the report?

From what I have tested, there is no Stock Type in MB51 standard report.

You may use MB5B. In it, you might select "stock type" field from the layout, and check the stock type

information for goods receipt.
