Auto-detect Status

Some users on my portal are not displayed as online, although they are online and they have selected the Auto-detect Status on CLP.

When one of those users select the Auto-detect Status option, the icon by this option turns to a offline icon (white), instead of a online icon (green with a checking mark).

Other users behave normally.

Have you applied the latest patches and hotfixes? Otherwise, read Note: 755792.

I'm also seeing this problem. I do not have access to the SAP Notes. Would you mind sharing with me the contents of the Note? I'm testing on EP 6.0 SP6 and the corresponding KMC and PDK. I'm not aware of any hot fixes.
