Rework order and its linkage to the NCR (QM Notification)

Dear All,

Scenario: For a production order of 10 tons, suppose 2 tons of the material is having some quality issue and the QA department has raised defect notification (in-house defect NCR notification). Decision has been taken to go for rework of the 2 ton quantity. Based on this Production person has to create rework order and complete the production of the 2 ton material.

I want to know is there a way to establish a link between the rework order - original order and the NCR Notification.
