Hi,
Why is the "Goods movement item complete" indicator set in COGI when goods issue has failed?
I am backflushing a material with 0 in stock. This results in the error showing up in COGI with the "Goods movement item complete" indicator set?
Please see the picture below.

Hi nicky,
In co11n, if you perform the goods movement for total yield quantity for the operation, system will pop up the component assigned to the operation 40 with qty, when the planned qty = goods movement qty in co11n + already GI made with respect to reservation of order), system will set the final indicator automatically in goods movement screen.
while posting system will post with final indicator once the qty of the component is posted, system will set the final issue indicator in component overview
since the component is not posted in c011n, the same indicator is showing in COGI

Hi ,
This Indicator specifying that this goods movement item (especially for goods receipt, goods issue) has been completed.
The indicator is set automatically for a goods movement when the total reserved quantity has been withdrawn or delivered.
In order word mean if any GI / GR is perform during COGI , this indicator will automatically updated. Also in the case of a partial delivery, you can manually set the indicator if no further goods movements are expected in respect of the relevant reservation item.
Once you perform the COGI , after the transaction posted and it will trigger another action related with the particular order.
Example :
When you perform COGI related with GI - This indicator will trigger the final issue that it related with Process Order.
When you perform COGI related with GR - This indicator will trigger another transaction and will treat as the processing completed . If the indicator is set then further goods receipts for this particular order are possible but will no longer take action.
TQ.
