Getting this error message from trying to refresh in the interactive mode for a webie report and it wouldn't pop up the list of values. Unless I give them Adminitrator permission anything I need ot give them on CMS?

I already give them application access,

universe access

connectivity access.

Webie runs just can't use the LOV for parameter. Any ideas?
