RSP 2.3 - Not connecting to sap channel

Hello,

I have installed RSP 2.3 and it is not connecting to SAP Channel.

i have checked everything, proxy, s-number and password and everything is correct.

Do you have any idea why??

( I have sap 8.8 p 19 hot fix)
