Role is not found in search of role in User Admin

Hi All

I need quick help from you

The role A already exists in First level navigation as an entry point.

But by mistake i changed the name of the Role A to Role B in content admin , but that role B is automatically name changed in the first level navigation , but when i search Role A is not showing in the user admin and Role B also not showing in user admin. Still Role B is there in the first level navigation

Now i wanted to revert back Role B to Role A,

Can u let me know how to revert back or i need the original name A?
