Our company prints multipart forms such as installment contracts. These forms are longer than 11". I have 2 machines giving different results. Both cpu's are XP Pro, both use Generic 9 Pin printer driver set to use custom long paper size, both using same software and same forms. One cpu will print the entire 8.5 x 21" form; the other will only print 8.5 x 11". Any ideas?
Thank you
Try uninstalling the printer driver and then reinstall. Could be the one PC needs permissions or you could install CR Designer on that one if it is not already and create a new report to see if that is the issue.
Check the various Page Setup options also. Try no Printer option.

As far as I can tell everything is the same. There were differences, I'm sure, in the installation of the op sys's, but both cpus are XP Pro SP3, both cpus using same printer drivers set up the same way, both cpus using same software/same version, both using same forms. There are no differences that I can find. I have even been laborioulsy through system files hoping to find something there to no avail.

Hi,
This usualy indicates the custom papersize on one computer does not match or the name you assigned the paper size is different.
Is the same driver installed on both machines?
Are the drivers the same version?
Thanks,
Brian
