The Content server was working fine since last day , today we are were not able to store the document in content repository and found that in CSADMIN when we check the certificate tab it is giving following message and showing blank screen instead of activated certificates.

HTTP error: 401 Authorization Required SsfVerify error: rc=12, could not decode input

We tried to change the security value from 1 to 0 , however it did not helped us.

The DMS is on HP unix 11.23 .

Please advice.

Regards

Hi Singh,

Did you check the connection first, if you are getting error 401 that means its http server problem(please double http server address).

Once you are done just test connection.

If you are going through OAC0 go to your repositiry and check connections and then if its working click on CSADMIN button and check whether entries are fine.

Thanks,

Tarun.

Yes , The connection test is working fine . Also it was working previously and was storing the document. , the entries in CSADMIN also seems to be fine. Sending of the certificate is also OK.

I am not sure however it seems to be something related to the certificate issue. Can we remove the certificate from HP UNIX and try to again send that.

The issues got resolved after deleting the certificates from /security folder.
