PIR consumption by SA

Dear Gurus,

I have requirement to consume PIR at the time creation of Scheduling agreement rather than at the time delivery thru VL10b.

Do really scheduling agreement consume PIR at the time of delivery thru strategy group or movement type.

Is there any posibility to do it so.
