PA30-Change of Infotype 0002,0009 deletes the record inplace of Delimit

Hi Seniors,

I want to change the data in 0002 & 0009 to repalce the old data with the new update data through PA30

Now in place of delimiting the data system is directly deleting the previous data,i want that system should keep the old data and from the new date it should create the new data but system is dircetly deleting the previous data, So i am not able to see the previous data.

How to go about it ,what are the Configuration changes required to be done to correct the issue.

Please help.
