Re confirmation of Routing Steps

Dear Friends, Let's suppose I've done the confirmation of all steps in routing and then FG moved to stock with MIGO, and then unit is dispatched also, What if I can go to the confirmation (CO11N) and reverse any confirmation and then re define again with some correction. This activity we are doing at period end closing, when controlling says production cost is not correct. Any harm in doing this??

Hi,

One more issue which you will face while doing cancellation of operations is 101 movement type will not get reversed (if auto GR done) because finished product would have already been sold. System will say ' deficit in stock'. to overome this you will have to cancel your delievery etc.

So it is not advisable to do cancellation and re confirmation after GR and SD process is over.

Dear Vajlanim,

Even though it's possible,I would suggest you to make the necessary corrections at the time of goods movement posting or

confirmations in CO11N/CO15.

This is to avoid the discrepancy happening for the quality managed materials(for which usage decision is completed) as when

you cancel the confirmation using CO13.check these links to understand more,

YES - You can , but You need to cancel the confirmation (CO13 ) and reserve all the good movement (102 & 261 If already GR GI) and reconfirm the correct value.

Please make sure you cancel the confirmation so that you won't be double posting , if double posting activity hours into system , it will cause additional cost, month end closing result will not accurate.
