Issue with Start button in WM 6.1

Hi Community,

We are having issues with mobile devices from one maintenance plant as all users lost suddenly the green start button on the general own work order list. It is currently not possible to start any work order as this button is greyed out. (See below)

Could you please tell me what could be the cause of this and how can this be solved?
