Nakisa Sucession Planning Search resulting zero

Hello Experts,

When we use search functionality from Talent specialist role in Sucession planning, system results in zero records. It is the same case in Myworkarea, Talents, Positions and compare subcomponents.

Can you pls advise me what all settings i need check to understand the issue.
