3 Accounting Document created in Invoice and Excise invoice

Dear All,

Our end user have created an excise invoice and cancelled it after a while due to some problem.

Now we are analyzing this problem.

We found 3 Accounting documents in the invoice.

Normally there will be 2 accounting documents will be there. One for Commercial invoice, another one for excise invoice. How the third accounting document got created.

Please give me some idea on this.
