Hi Ramesh..

Do you have list of Queries ?

If yes, you can check those queries in the table RSZCOMPDIR...........there you can check which all queries are not in Active Mode.......List out those....

Among rest of the queries check the Object Status.......it should be "ACT"....also check Lasr Used Date,Last Changed date......

Hi,

In table RSRREPDIR you see all queries. You get with the field RSZCOMPDIR-LASTUSED your information.

Hi,

To find unused queries: There are 2 ways

1. Goto ST03N and select expert mode and under BW system load, look for the queries. It lists all the queries which uses from past 3 months. So whatever object is missing in that is not used. This is the one way of listing the queries which are not used.

2. In the technical content, you can check the queries on multiprovider 0BWTC_C10(queries realted to OLAP).

Once you identify the unused queries then use the transaction RSZDELETE to delete them.

Thanks,

Rajesh.

You can run transaction RSZDELETE to get a list of all queries not used for a defined time.
