I'm new to this community and have discovered your unanswered question from last year. I have never created a slaughterhouse solution with B1, but with the software, which I previously distributed, which is quite similar to B1. I would guess that it works without add-ons. There are some special features to consider in slaughterhouses:
disassembling
batches
“best before”
Inventories (waste, bones, skin, temperature eg.)
